Institutionalizing Animal Welfare
JFK Animal Rescue and Shelter works hand-in-hand with law enforcement to pioneer historic animal rights policies in Pakistan. Together with the Punjab Police, we are transforming legal enforcement, field rescue operations, and animal welfare systems at an institutional level.
Establishing PARC
JFK Animal Rescue and Shelter developed a comprehensive proposal to establish the Police Animal Rescue Center (PARC) in Lahore, with future expansions planned for Gujranwala and Rawalpindi. Created in coordination with Punjab Police, PARC represents a major step toward institutionalizing animal protection and emergency rescue services within the law enforcement framework of Pakistan.
Working closely with JFK, PARC enforces anti-cruelty laws, responds to emergency rescue cases, and ensures injured animals are safely transported to our shelter for treatment and rehabilitation.

Compassion In Action
Students and volunteers visit the Police Animal Rescue Centre (PARC) to support a shared mission of animal welfare, rescue, and protection in partnership with law enforcement.

Leadership For Change
JFK leadership and law enforcement officials walk together to strengthen collaboration, advance animal welfare initiatives, and shape a more compassionate future for rescue and protection efforts in Pakistan.

United For Welfare
JFK representatives and senior Punjab Police officials come together to strengthen institutional partnerships, promote progressive animal welfare policies, and enhance coordinated efforts for rescue operations.
